All our products are guaranteed for 2 years. This warranty is included when you purchase a product from our E-ZIGO brand.
The warranty covers all non-faulty failures on electronic components, battery or motors.
In order for the warranty to be applicable, the damage noted on the product must not result from a use that does not comply with the recommendations and instruction manuals provided corresponding to the product.
Warranty exclusion (non-exhaustive list):
• Product failure or accident
• Dismantling and / or modification of the vehicle by a non-authorized technician
• Use contrary to recommendations and manuals
• Intentional damage
• Failure to comply with safety instructions
• A defect in operation due to damage caused by the consumer (shock, use in water, etc.)
• Breakage or oxidation of the product will not be covered by the warranty
Normal wear or abnormal use will not be taken into account account within the framework of the legal guarantee of conformity
Please note that the decrease of performance of your battery following a number of refills is part of the normal wear of your product.

To apply for the warranty, the problem of the product must not be the result of an improper use that is in non accordance with the recommendations and instruction manuals provided corresponding to the product.
Reasons for exclusion of guarantee (non-exhaustive list):
• Product drop or accident.
• Disassembly and / or modification of the vehicle by an unauthorized technician.
• contrary usage to the recomended and user manuals.
• Intentional degradation.
• Non-compliance with safety instructions.
• Wear parts (such as wheels, LCD screens, battery wear, etc.)
• A malfunction due to damage caused by the consumer (shock, driving in the water, etc.)
• Breakage or oxidation of the product will not be covered by warranty
Please note that the drop in performance of your battery following a number of refills is part of the normal wear and tear of your product. As a result we can not guarantee the battery more than 3 months.
Apply for Guarantee
Any request for product support must be in accordance with the after-sales process.
You must send us your request by email ( “Contact Us “) attaching your invoice and a description of your breakdown and if possible photos of the problem /
Please do not return your item directly to E-Zigo without prior acceptance of the after-sales service.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories provided.
